REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged or faulty.
• The incorrect item was delivered.
• A change-of-mind return is approved and the item is received in unused, resaleable condition.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by Beatmatch UK.
2. Conditions for Refund Approval
For a refund to be approved:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be unused and in resaleable condition unless faulty.
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may receive a partial refund or be rejected.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty:
• Custom or special-order items.
• Software once activated.
• Consumables such as fluids, gels, and lamps.
• In-ear headphones (for hygiene reasons).
4. Reporting Faults or Issues
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within:
• 48 hours of delivery for damage claims.
• 7 days of delivery for incorrect items.
All claims must include photos or video evidence to support the request.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once the returned item has been received and approved:
• Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days.
• Funds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Beatmatch UK covers return shipping costs.
• Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the refund relates to an error by Beatmatch UK.
7. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may apply if:
• The item shows signs of use.
• Packaging is missing or damaged.
• Accessories or components are not returned.
8. Lost or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 7 working days:
• Check your bank account or payment platform.
• Contact your bank or card provider.
