1. Shipping Locations
Beatmatch UK currently ships to the following regions:
• United Kingdom (Mainland)
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man & Channel Islands (surcharges may apply)
For international shipments, contact hello@beatmatchuk.com for a custom quote.
2. Order Processing Times
• Orders processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Orders before 12:00pm usually processed same day.
• Orders after 12:00pm, weekends, or holidays processed next working day.
• Custom or special-order items may require additional time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
UK Mainland:
• Standard: 2–4 working days
• Express: 1–2 working days
• Freight: 3–7 working days
Northern Ireland:
• Standard: 3–5 working days
• Freight: 5–10 working days
Isle of Man & Channel Islands:
• Standard: 3–7 working days
• Freight: 7–12 working days

Free collection available from our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse.
You'll be contacted when your order is ready.
6. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated arrival dates provided at purchase.
Customers notified of delays.
7. Tracking Your Order
Shipping confirmation email sent on dispatch.
Tracking number provided where available.
Freight shipments may require arranged delivery windows.
8. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
Couriers may reattempt delivery or leave a card.
Returned parcels may incur redelivery fees.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect orders on arrival.
Report damage within 48 hours with photos to hello@beatmatchuk.com.
Replacements or refunds arranged per Returns Policy.
10. Lost Packages

Claims must be made within 14 days of estimated delivery.

Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:
• The item arrives damaged or faulty.
• The item is incorrect or incomplete.
• You have changed your mind within 30 days of delivery (item must be unused and in original packaging).
To qualify, items must be:
• In unused, resaleable condition.
• In original packaging.
• Complete with all accessories, manuals, and components.
2. Return Timeframes
• Change of Mind: 30 days from delivery date.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 20 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Custom-built or special-order products.
• Software once activated.
• Consumables such as fluids, gels, lamps.
• In-ear headphones (due to hygiene regulations).
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us with the following:
• Order number.
• Reason for return.
• Photos or video evidence if the item is damaged or faulty.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Beatmatch UK covers return shipping.
• Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
